Fantastic staff. Really delicious food. It's one of our fave spots for a healthy, filling lunch.

Had rented a cottage near by this cafe. After the week of holidays and thinking back to my time I realised the highlight of my trip was the cardinal cafe. The food and drinks are amazing but the best thing about it is the atmosphere they have created. Every employee was nice and the owner was very friendly and would chat with us every time we came in. The building is beautiful and it's very peaceful as you sit and enjoy amazing coffee and delicious baked goods. There is a real sense of community in this area that seemed at its highest when I was on this shop. I recommend anyone staying in the area or just passing by should really make a stop here and enjoy the best cafe experience they may ever have.

Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff and great food.

This is a great little coffee shop! It is located in an old church building which gives it a cool vibe. I have been here a few times and I haven't regretted it. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Today was lunch. I had their Cardinal Signature salad with a Morning glory muffin and a London fog. All of which were excellent! It is busy in the summer time so don't expect a 30 sec order-to-eat time like you might at Tim Hortons, but the quality you get is well worth any wait you might have. I highly recommend this place!
