Attn: Manager, Square One. I have tried to be discrete about this complaint, but your website's contact us page doesn't work when I click submit, so I am posting it here in the hopes you will see it. My friend and I ate at your establishment in square one shopping mall last week and we were appalled to see the lack of training that is provided to your employees, especially at the gentleman at the grill who cooked (burned) our food. I ordered the salmon and my friend ordered the chicken. We don't know why, but this man decided to not use the grill. Instead he used the cooking surface beside it until we instructed him to use the grill as it was clearly a grilled salmon and a grilled chicken breast. We were clearly not satisfied to see that he didn't understand what the difference was. While our meat was cooking, he was cutting some chicken on the table behind him without gloves on (there was a cutting board beside him, but he didn't use it). It was at this point that I almost walked out, but my friend insisted we stay since we were both very hungry. Then, as our meat lay there on the grill unattended, we noticed it started to burn and we instructed the man to flip the meat. Nonetheless, our meal was burned, but because we didn't want to cause a disturbance to others in the lineup, we didn't say anything bad to him, although I wanted to. We believe this requires your attention or we will have to escalate it to the health inspector and your superior for further processing. Thank you, Deb.

Me and my boyfriend wanted a quick bite and happened to witness that a beyond meat burger was being advertised outside the restaurant. We asked for two and the server immediately called to our attention if it was okay the plant based patties be cooked on the grill used by meat as they are a small establishment and the new beyond burger had not been around for very long yet. We said this was fine this once cause she did seem to care about us. To our surprise the burger was the most delicious thing we ever witnessed! Now this isn't your small Harvey's veggie burger here! This is a hockey puck and a juicy and fresh one in fact, all of their produce is fresh and the helpings are generous, two tomatoes and lots of topping! It is also open kitchen so we can see what exactly is going on. 10/10 would definitely recommend and sure hope they can expand for PURE vegan opportunities with more grills.

Pretty decent concept with indoor patio setup and distinguished stations for each item like pastry, pasta, grill etc. The plantbased burger was alright, no-bake milk chocolate gave me a sugar rush 😪but was still good after a meal. However, I ordered a vegetarian pizza just yesterday and it was by far the worst pizza I have had any time before! The sauce was unevenly spread so it felt like having a crust with only pizza sauce towards the end of each slice. The toppings were comparatively less and the cheese had a stench which was quite oddly surprising. May head back for the pastries and cookies but never for a pizza again.

Lunch around 12:30 Monday, May 6, 2019 - Beef Linguine Fettuccine - Square One location Very Disappointed - I ordered multiple times in the past 2 months from this location and was always great except for the last. I ordered the Fettuccine and halfway through I found a 2-3 cm insect (dead). Since Richtree is on the higher price point from what is available at the food court, I assumed the level of quality control would reflect. Again I am really disappointment and was left really hungry! I tried to contact you directly via your website, however it was not going through, therefore this is my last resort to voice my concerns.

Terrible experience on Sunday afternoon. I ordered a cheese pizza and when I received it, there was way to much sauce, the crust was very thick and the cheese was not spread out throughout the pizza so about an inch from the crust didn't have cheese. I spoke to the manager, she said she would have them remake it and left. I went back to the counter and the girl who made my pizza started arguing with me saying "if I wanted more cheese I should have told her because it's extra" I have no idea what she is talking about since I never said I wanted extra cheese, I just want the pizza made properly so I tell her this and continues arguing with me saying that's what the manager told her. Clearly there was miscommunication on her part with the manager. The person who made my pizza was someone else and she made it properly. I asked if I could not be charged for this because my food I had with me from the rosti counter was now completely cold and not worth eating after having to wait so long. I was only asked to be compensated for the pizza. The manager refused and only gave %20 off. Wow that's all I get for the troubles...never going there again. There are better places who make food properly, do not argue with their customers and compensate where they feel necessary.
