They only have one cashier and a few self-serve kiosks. I'd stay away from the self-serve kiosks. 1. The screens are unnecessarily big. When I use them, I am less than a foot from the screen. Having a big screen so close in front of me means that I am not able to see the whole screen. I find myself spending a lot of time reading the screen up and down and up again. And that hurts my neck. 2. Say what you want about cashiers. But they are trained to take orders quickly and accurately. They punch in orders repeatedly day in, day out. That makes them a lot faster than you and I. I have seen people choose to use the self-serve kiosks because there is a small line. And most of the time they end up falling even further behind the queue because the kiosks are just slower. 3. They do not accept cash. And the system will wait until you enter your entire order, then tell you to pay at the cashier. You use the self-serve hoping to save time and it end up taking twice as long. Only use them if you cannot bear the least amount of human interaction.

As an Uber Eats driver, this place is hell after midnight. I had to wait 23 minutes for my order to be completed. I showed two clerks my number, then the manager asked me and I put the phone ONE foot from her face. She said sir, please don't put the phone in my face and I backed it up to where I was standing TWO feet away. " You mean here?", I said, then my order miraculously appeared! I departed not before saying she sucked.

Always check your take-out bag before you leave this location. Many times get home and it's missing items or has the wrong item. Once ordered Hot Cakes & Sausage, missing syrup, butter, and cutlery. Once ordered BLT multigrain bagel, got Egg LT regular bagel. Can they not read the screen?

Cashier service not efficient. Seemed clueless until the Asian manager stepped in. I don't know his name but he is very efficient and polite. He's a keeper. Cashier's need to smile more. Some are better than others-customer service wise. Young man cashier always smiles and is polite. Likes his job. It shows. Staff filing the orders are polite and efficient once they are "on the same page", otherwise it's slow and stressful waiting at such a small McDs.

The place being in down town is busy but ok. The employees are polite and we'll trained. Despite that it takes longer than usual for you to get your order.
