The food here is what you would expect from a restaurant of this reputation and price range. I've removed one star for the service we received. We felt like the waitress was talking down to us, and there was a whole discussion about whether we truly truly understood what Mulled Wine was. We were trying to be respectful even as she continued to give us attitude. Hopefully this waitress will learn to be less condescending with ONE restaurant's other guests.

Atmosphere is very good. Servers and staff are excellent. We found the food somewhat lacking. I had a short rib, very small and over cooked, literally 5 fork fulls and my plate was empty. Ceasar salad to star was lifeless, just shredded romaine, dressing and bacon bits that could have come from a shaker. I have had more flavorful, larger portions with better plate presentation for half the price in a number of other restaurants.

I go here for lunch with my mum during the work week as my office is nearby, nearly once a month. Our last lunch there, we were waiting and waiting, and our food wasn't coming out. It was past peak lunch time when we had arrived (1pm) and the place was not even close to busy. Nearly 35 minutes went by before the waiter came over and apologized, saying he forgot to put our order in. I had about 25 minutes left for lunch at that point. The food finally came, and he offered to cover coffee at the end of the meal if we wanted, to make up for the error. I don't drink coffee. No other offer was made to make up for this inconvenience. I ended up being late back to work to allow my mum time to finish her meal. We've experienced exceptional service in the past here, but we were mostly shocked at how casually the server acted regarding his mistake. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I think we'll consider a new spot in future.

Nothing but class all the way!! This is a place you definitely want to go if you would like to impress someone. It's pricey...but who cares...because it's soooooo amazing!! Fabulous food...location...decor...service...top notch. Get ready for an amazing dinner!! All ditto on the brunch!!

Disappointed. I had made a dinner reservation a week in advance for my brother's birthday. Upon arrival, we were not greeted or even acknowledged until I spoke to the ladies at the reception. They only stood there to look pretty, lacking basic customer service skills. Not to mention, they screwed up the booking and couldn't find my name, not apologizing for their silly mistake. The food was tasty and the steaks were good quality cuts. However, the customer service was lacking and in need of major improvement. It is located in a 5 star hotel yet, I have experienced better service at Kelsey's and Montana's. Our server seemed uninterested and wasn't a people person. He didn't memorize the menu and seemed to be in a rush. The busboy didn't ask if we were finished before collecting our plates. The experience overall was poor and I wouldn't bother going back. A lot of changes need to be made as it is not worth the 5 star price. It is over priced considering the service or lack therof...
