Been there a few times. The food is good but we had a terrible last visit. The waitress kept making mistakes. After already having drinks, I asked for a water, my wife said she didn't want any but the waitress brought 2 waters anyway. She asked if we wanted more salad or bread, we said no to both but she showed up with more salad and bread anyway but not the same kind of salad we had earlier. My meal was accidentally given to another table. She apologized and said it would be another 10 minutes as they had to make a new one. They were going to let my wife's meal just sit there and dry up while they made mine. By this time, everyone else who arrived around the same time as us had already eaten and left. They offered a 20% discount but that didn't amount to much. This was an anomaly but it will still be a line time before we enter that restaurant again... if ever.

A normal east-side marios location with decent service. The all you can eat pasta on Wednesdays will fill you up in no time.

Usually its good, but this time the service was awful. First someone came fairly quickly and asked if we wanted to drink, so we said yes and we placed our order and she said she'd get are waiter. Then she left and never saw her again and didn't get the drinks. Then about 5 minutes later the waiter came to take the order for the main course which he did, my salad and my wife's soup came, her soup was ok but my salad lacked a lot of dressing, still waiting for our drinks, at Eastside Mario they give you your salad or your soup first which is good. but the main course which was sausage pepper penne for both of us came in about 35 minutes after we're done with the salad, not only that, the sauce on the main course tasted like it was watered down. After the whole ordeal was over, the waiter did ask if everything had been good, I responded yes just fine, I should've said it was terrible from beginning to end. That being said, I go to Eastside Mario at the same location enough times and never experience this type of service before, I guess it was my time. So, I don't discourage anyone from going because it's usually good.

The owner here always goes out of his way to make customers feel like family. It's our go to place for larger family outings. Can't beat that unlimited bread and salad, my 4yo daughter loves it!
