You never can't go wrong with Red Lobster. This place was nice and clean, cozy and antique. The food was great however I found the service slow. Even though the people were very nice but they still have to work on their customer services. I truly recommended this place to eat .

This location is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. The food was delicious and the server was attentive but not overbearing. We were there around 4:30 pm and didn't have to wait for a table, but typically this place is very busy.

Excellent service from Lynne. Thanks for making our evening out together wonderful. It was a pleasure meeting you. Oh ya, the food was excellent. I had the lobster and my wife had the Seafood Medley, something like that.

I have been coming for seafood here for the past eight years. I'm sorry to say that the last few times, I've not been impressed. My bill was over $50.00 with tip for lunch and that did not include a beverage or dessert. Previously I had been given a salad which was a disappointment, so I didn't bother with it this time. The lobster was dry and chewy. The waiter seemed surprised. A comment made by the hostess could have been excluded. I think both employees were skeptical and perhaps a little indignant. I feel that when I'm paying a high price for lobster, I should be satisfied with the outcome. I am not a picky eater. I'm sorry that the lobster had to die for me! I live locally and have reservation about coming back.

Always come here to eat dinner whenever going to the Falls! They serve some AMAZING food (best Red Lobster in Southern Ontario). I don’t recall any mistakes they’ve made with my food. Very good, 5 STARS!!
