I feel like I need to review because there are a few low ones on here. The few times I’ve visited this McDonald’s the service has always been quick and they have the absolute nicest staff. They are the only McDonald’s I’ve ever been to that has made use of the parking spaces for drive-thru orders; and it speeds up the wait time for those just grabbing and item or two. I’ve honestly never been to a McDonald’s where ever staff member I’ve encountered have been genuinely kind and seem to really enjoy their jobs.

The best McDonald's experience in 5 years. Our cashier (Jennifer) was very pleasant and took the order very precisely. The food was ready in merely ten seconds. The burger was fresh and hot, the poutine was delicious and the salad was fresh. The place is clean and tidy, with a great atmosphere of home. Absolutely recommended... Great job everyone in this location. Two thumbs up.

Coffee and muffins are good but the hamburgers are very thin, mine was barely warm. Big Mac is mini Mac if you ask me. Fries are ok but not great

Midsize McD handy for grabbing your favourite coffee, breakfast and sandwiches. Drive through available but no kiosks. I stop by every now and then when I'm heading towards Niagara on the Lake. Never used the drive through. Never had a reason to complain about the service or food. I can only imagine that they'll get busier as the Niagara region grows.

It's okay. After you order you have to wait a bit to get your food. The employees were confused with each other about what order they were doing. It wasn't terrible, but I've been to way better ones.
