The Pizza Hut on Yonge near Cummer is a takeout location, although there is a counter at the restaurant which seats 3. There are several reasons why I like Pizza Hut. 1. I love their deep dish crust, toppings and cheese. 2. They have a personal size (6"). 3. Their prices are very reasonable. 4. They deliver.

This is my second terrible Pizza Hut experience in a row. After my last order, Pizza Hut gave me store credit that we decided to use - we had just moved and were exhausted, thinking why not since we had credit. The manager argued it couldn't be used, and when I accepted this, he called back saying he will apply the credit. When we got our order, it must've been the worst pizza we've ever seen and had. We ordered thin crust, but it was as thin as paper. The pizza was clearly overdone and looked like it had been sitting out all day. When I called the store frustrated, the manager argued the pizza was perfect and refused to acknowledge we received a terrible order. We're done with Pizza Hut this time, even if we're desperately hungry. We ordered from Hero Burgers after throwing out the pizza.

November 1st, 2018 I have ordered a medium chicken lover pizza with a pop for a friend at my workplace at this location. I paid for it and gave the address and time of the delivery to the store manager named Wijay and quiet frankly paid a tip too. Shortly after 6 PM my phone rings and my friend tells me that the delivery guy won't leave the place and says the bill has not been paid yet! I talked with the guy and he tell me the same thing, we work in a nursing home and my friend just had a 30 minutes of break and she had to waste the whole 15 minutes behind the phone with me and this delivery guy because someone at this store doesn't got the message saying that the bill has been already paid. I had to walk in the rain to the store, finding the manager, showing them the recipe and then finally problem got solved. Awful customer service, defective line of operation and this is not just my first time getting into trouble over a simple pizza! I'm sure these people are good people but you might as well have them dropped on the moon!
