It is always a pleasure when servers anticipate needs, instead of waiting to be asked. The location on Avenue road just north of Lawrence provided a one hand solution for my take out order. Made my day! Will definitely go back to that location.

The Food is Good however the Service is Terrible. The Staff including Supervisors need to be better Trained as their Customer Service Skills are Terrible, They need to be trained how to be pleasant to people and welcoming. Also they need to be shown how to Smile instead of being like Robots. I certainly would have given a 5 Star rating had the Customer Service been good !

Mobile App Offers never work here, couldn't get my free fries from the Raptors. The current special, the spicy jalapeno chicken only had a sauce on it with no actual jalapenos on it so it wasn't even spicy! It was also so busy and very noisy, waiting for a chicken sandwich and fries seemed like eternity! THIS IS A HUGE MCD DISAPPOINTMENT! BOO-URNS! Yes I am saying BOO-URNS!

By far, the worst McDonald’s I’ve been. I asked for no cheese.. I was charged for extra cheese (no refund was offered obviously). I had a MANAGER prepare my order completely wrong, missing a hashbrown and no butter or cutlery for hotcakes? Also, the bag and napkins we’re disgustingly greasy; I know we got fast food but come on.. I called to ask about the missing items and no answer... surprise.. (no receipt either). Just atrocious. it’s worth the drive to a different location

If this was the one in Avenue road, there is no drivethru hence you have to get out of the car to buy something. And of course the parking lot is always full. Otherwise it's fine.
