We really do want to like this place! My partner and I have been 5 times in the last year and a half. We keep coming back because the atmosphere is fun, the patio is nice, and it's generally a good place to have a drink and watch sports. Unfortunately, we have been consistently disappointed in the food: other than one acceptable burger experience, the overall quality of the ingredients is sub-par at best. This is especially confusing because we have always enjoyed the food at The Boot just up the street, which is apparently run by the same people. In addition, portion sizes have been wildly inconsistent on different visits, or even when my partner and I ordered the same dish. We have had different sandwiches, their taco specials, and starters hoping that previous experiences were only isolated incidents. Furthermore, the beer selection is very limited (even after being told last summer that it would be updated), with not a lot of options for craft beer despite the many breweries in Ontario. One would expect a little more variety at a neighbourhood pub. Please know that the location is great, and we want to be locals here—we have tried—but we cannot recommend this place for anything more than a beer. If these issues were addressed, this place would quickly become a very successful spot.

Great people that are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Wheelchair friendly and really great food. I had the lettuce wraps and what a nice spin with pineapple! Fries to die for. 🍟

Food is 4-star. Good bar food! Loved the sweet potato fries. Found the noise levels bothersome though. Bad acoustical design, I think. We'll go back but at a quieter time.

The place is small and cozy. Foods are fresh and delicious, a bit pricy for the portion though. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Smoked meat wrap was great.

Great food but something was definitely off about their "dark and stormy". I get this drink almost everytime it's on a menu but this time it tasted like it had lemon lime Gatorade powder added! This taste was confirmed by all 4 people I was with!
