First time visiting Petrolia ON for a play at the Victoria Hall. Had lunch here and the service and good was great. The soup was cream of dill pickle soup and I would recommend that you try it. My wife had the corned beef on rye and said it was as the best that she has had in 30 years. I had the cod fish and chips ate everything before I could take any pictures l Very good and friendly service

Everything was fun. Five of us. One had steak and thought it poor. The rest of us really enjoyed our meals. Waitress was really nice. Priced reasonably

The food was delicious. Service was very friendly and prices were reasonable. Everything tasted homemade not canned. Restaurant was not busy as we were late for lunch but too early for dinner. The cream of mushroom and cheddar soup was excellent. I will definitely be eating here again.

Just had the most disappointing lunch experience at this restaurant . Arrived at 12:10 and did not get our food for over an hour. My mother did not even have time to finish her lunch . Management was not willing to give any consideration to our bill and had lots of excuses for their poor performance but no solutions. The result= no tip and we will definitely not be back. So disappointing.
