I am a great foodie and enjoyed few dishes from Ice Bar but I do have to agree with others that the prices are set a little too high for most dishes for the quality and portion sizes. When I like a place, I usually go back on a regular basis to the point these places know me by name and my order. Recently I felt a little hesitant to go back to Ice Bar because I hear a lot of arguing from a worker or very harsh tone of language with their other workers. I feel very awkward being in an environment where I need to hear their problems due to open space. Please be aware of your surroundings.

My experience at this cafe was awesome. Food are delicious especially my favourite bibbimbap, BBQ and tiramisu. All you can eat menu has good selection, price is fair compared to the other ones I've been to. Staffs are nice and friendly. And they do take-outs and deliveries too whenever I get lazy. Hands down the best you can find in Oshawa!

Ordered a bubble tea that was way too sweet. Service was okay but took forever; it seemed they wanted to brag about how much they spent on certain equipment. Probably won't be back considering the quality and price point.

Would not eat at this place ever again. My boyfriend and I thought it would be a new & fun spot to try for a little date night, and although the staff was friendly and polite, they did not go over the top when it came to customer service. The staff was super slow in serving us from beginning to end, and in terms of Korean BBQ authenticity, it was a solid 2/10.
