This was my second time here. We were seated immediately. The place was relatively empty however there were a handful of tables taken (on a Monday evening). Our waitress was friendly and attentive. She recommended a beer to try (which was delicious). We all ordered burgers for dinner. I had the Mac Daddy (2 patties with mac n cheese, bacon and more cheese). It was DELICIOUS however quite filling. I upgraded for $2 to get truffle fries. They were good however I would get a different side next time (maybe they didn't impress me bc I didn't use the dipping sauce?). Anyway, the other two that had burgers really liked them. I didn't hear any complaints! I would definitely come back here. Its right in the market so its conveniently located near parking. And since its slightly off the main market area it probably doesn't get as busy.

By far the best burger place in Ottawa. Great prices for the best quality burgers. They grind their meat every morning, which is why you can actually have a medium rare burger (for those like me who love it). I was an early customer of The Works when it was just that small spot in beechwood. Back then, The Works was the absolute best. After selling to a big corporation, they made some adjustments and the quality went down a tad (still great burgers). All this to say, Bite Burger is the reigning burger champion of Ottawa. They serve up some pretty amazing truffle fries too! A must!

What a great place! It's deceiving how big it is and that is awesome! The service was super friendly and really fast! They have a great selection of appetizers, try the Mac puck if you like Mac and Cheese with a twist! The burgers are huge and delicious and again there are so many to choose from. I had the standard bite burger and my wife had the gardener burger (veggie) and both were absolutely delicious! I upgraded to the truffle fries and it was so worth it! The drink selection is great. Many local craft beer are available either on tap or in cans or bottles. The cocktails are also very interesting and tasty! Would definitely recommend this place and am for sure going back!

Oh my GAWD this place BURGERS are so awesome. The meat is very tasty and cooked to perfection. They do have a vegetarian option so there's one for everyone. The sides are also tasty and complement the burgers perfectly. Finally a place where the poutine is actually good and the sauce is rich. Definitely going back!
