The view is beautiful but they don’t care at all! It was cold today and because of the Easter Weekend everything else was closed. So I thought that maybe I can get a coffee and something on the side to eat and hence we headed towards this “Restaurant”. I asked the person who was standing outside of the restaurant rooms that we can get a coffee and sit here for a while. He said “we have coffee but let me check if you could sit inside”... we waited there for 2-3 minutes then he back and said that “sorry we are booked for the night”... really? It was evening around 5 pm and the Restaurant was not that “booked” as empty chairs were clearly seen from outside. I drink my coffee really fast so it was not the issue that I’ll be sitting there for 2-3 hours! I had to come back to Toronto as soon as possible because from tomorrow we have to work and today we want to relax a bit at our house. I guess there is no pretty place where I can drink my coffee with a view in Prince Edward County! And I’m really shocked by the answer of that person that the place is booked and we can’t have our coffee but the place was not that crowded!

We have been coming here for a little over 10 years for all of their major function brunches (Mother's day, Father's day, Easter, etc) and for a little over 10 years the food has managed to consistently get worse with each visit. While the atmosphere in the restaurant is nice and the staff are amazing, the quality of the food is not in like with the price you pay. If you're a fan of beef, do yourself a favor and skip the tougher than shoe leather and equally flavorless "roast" they serve!

I went here once with my husband for dinner. Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience. It is so uncomfortable in there because it is so crammed. You can barely move around. Service was slow and the menu was very pricey. On top of it all, I didn't enjoy my meal, at all.

Was there this past Sunday (Nov. 26, 2017). Unfortunately, could not get any service. My partner and I sat at the bar. It was not that busy. Also hard to tell who was 'manning' the bar or if it was being manned at all. A gentleman who sat down at the bar after us got served rather promptly. We assumed we'd be next. But no, the male server just walked away after that. Then a female server came behind the bar, made a drink, looked me in the eye as she walked right past us. Then another female server came behind the bar and also ignored us. Then we left. I would like to rate this place zero stars, but I can't.

Food was Good, View was amazing and the place needs some TLC. Can't live on your laurels forever. While sitting on the patio look toward the building and up at their eaves-trough. It would be cool if they intentionally were harvesting in house greens via their eaves-trough however the greens clearly growing there were unintentional.
