Great Food, and just as good service. Go back once a month. Anytime someone visits me in St. Catharine's I take them to East. Sushi is amazing, and great variety. Dinner time is slightly more expensive than lunch, but if you enjoy desserts, there is a much larger selection and they have incredible deep fried mars bars. I would definitely recommend trying one of those. ($1 at lunch)

The BEST sushi place I've ever been to. Amazing food served quickly, service definitely exceeded my expectations. Staff are all extremely friendly - they come around with samples of various meats and other dishes on top of what you already ordered. Definitely a unique touch. Too bad this place is 2 hours away from my home, but I WILL be back ASAP!

Good sushi, taste good. went in Wednesday at lunch time. all you can eat for lunch option is not a lot but enough. price is a little high compare at GTA but service are great. Highly recommended.

This restaurant exceeded our expectations. It is really well laid out. More importantly, the food is exceptional - some standard sushi/Japanese food options and some that are more off the beaten path. The service is excellent, both frequent help and extremely friendly servers - not the norm for an all you can eat restaurant. We will be back!

Great atmosphere. Well-lit and laid out. Had the lunch buffet on a Friday afternoon. Quality sushi for a buffet with friendly, prompt service. Brazilian steakhouse style skewered meats were served at random as regular orders were served. Excellent value and great place with friends and family.
