My husband's coworkers have known the secret of Sall's long before you could look them or their menu up online. And I was always quick to devour his lunch leftovers when he got home from work. However, in the last couple years, I have had some good experiences at Sall's and some not very good experiences- food is excellent though and is what keeps me coming back. Bad experiences: -it's just a store front, which is fine... however, one time I was waiting for my order and there was a man napping on a cot behind the counter on the way into the kitchen. I could clearly see him, and he repositioned himself and saw us also...Which was both bizarre and uncomfortable... waiting for our food with my kids at the front, while a man was napping in the same room? - because the business is small-the last time we ordered , I could hear my dishes being microwaved one by one as I waited. We may have come during an off peak time and I understand not everything will be made fresh or kept hot- but I was a bit put off by this. Especially considering their takeout comes in styrofoam! I hope they weren't heated in their take out containers. -I have had a few big miscommunications with our ordering- asked for extra rice and gotten extra naan instead (realized at home later, with guests over...). Asked and charged for extra rice and not given extra rice at all... The positives, and this one is what made me give them 4 stars: Their Chana masala and aloo gobo are the BEST I've ever had- seriously. I can't replicate it at home and haven't found another restaurant that makes them better. Samosas are also excellent. We do not care for Indian sweets- but they always make us pick some to accompany our takeout (even when we try to decline). Would love if we could pick a samosa instead!

Love the Lunch Thali. Great price and the food is tasty. The samosa and pakora are a favorite of the kids. Selection may be limited but the quality is always top notch. Very Friendly staff!!

If I could I would give them 0. I had ordered Samoa’s for a large party, from far away, when I went to pick it up, they had sold away my order!!!! I had nothing to bring home and instead of calling and letting me know my order was ready as they had my contact info, they argued and laughed that they had given away my order! And said that I didn’t show up in the hour of placing my order. Absolutely horrid experience. Never will I come here again!

Most delicious samosas ever. Most mouth watering sweets too, I am now addicted to them. Love this place!
