Went there for lunch on a Sunday afternoon, we both ordered burger one with fries and one with onion strips. Both burgers were a bit over cooked and dry, didn’t have spices and were blend. The only tasteful thing was the BBQ sauce which was actually good. Place is nice looking and staff was super friendly.

Judy was such a great server. We came in and noticed that she was serving 4tables, answering the phone for pick up orders, cleaning the tables and processing the payments all by herself (because two of her co-workers called in sick at the same time). While this is all happening, the cooks (three of them) tried to rush her by ringing the bell that is in front of her while she was entering the orders in the computer system just to let her know that the food is ready. Come on! Not once but twice!! Argh! Judy, you are such a wonderful server! You deserve a raise! Despite all the chaos that night. You still kept your smile and cool. Good job!!!

My family have come here since it has opened. It used to be amazing, and within the last year it has gone downhill. There is one waitress who simply does not want to be there, and makes it obvious and could care less about the customers. I understand the food service industry how it can be awful and not the most rewarding job, however you don't know what they customers are going through either. We are going to take a break for awhile. The food is decent, the atmosphere is great, but the wait time to get the food is another story aside from the service. I hope it gets better!

The food was tasty, I had a burger topped with bacon & melted cheese with a side of fries and a vodka-orange juice. The fries were surprisingly thin, but there was a good portion. The server was unconventional... this may or may not be everyone’s cup of tea. It was quiet at around 6pm and picked up a little by 7pm with only 3 other groups dining in. Majority of their business seemed to come from phone orders/takeout.

I have been coming here for a long time since I really enjoy the food, especially the burgers and the ribs. I never had a problem with the service I received from the girls as it's usually polite and quick, however last time I came there was a server I haven't seen before by the name of Judy. My friend and I wanted to eat in peace but it felt that we couldn't get that from her and she didn't seem to take the hint. Once the meal ends she made sure to hammer it in that we need to leave a review about what a great experience and server she is. I also witnessed her harassing other tables about this. I think this is unprofessional and customers should review if they feel like it. Plus I didn't enjoy the service I got from her unlike all my previous experiences. Judy really needs to change her approach. I still recommend this place but I would be wary if I get her again.
