The food here didn't taste very good at all. Drinks were okay, but that may have just been in comparison to the food. Either way, they were nothing special. Service was mediocre, definitely could have friendlier wait staff. Overall, the time spent waiting for less than decent food was not worth it. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

The pickle barrel used to be so much better. The service is lacking due to them employing kids. The food just didn't taste good. My steak came med well even though I asked for med rare, my wife who asked for dressing on the side for her salad got it drenched in dressing. And my son's burger an dcries came with hair. Very unfortunate as I used to really like this place.

Horrific service! Our waiter never bothered to serve us and a substitute did. It took them forever to bring our drinks and it took them forever to bring our food that had been sitting out for a while. It was cold and not fresh. And it took them a year to bring us the bill. I have been a regular at this restaurant because it’s conveniently located but after this last experience not anymore. Their service has gotten worse over time and today was the worst it has ever been. I’m done.

Came here to do a pick up. Staff is completely useless, extremely slow and acted as if they were in a complete daze. Not professional staff and act as if they don’t want to be there. Made me wait much longer then normal and there wasn’t even anyone in the restaurant. Slow slow slow. They are clearly not on their A game in this place. The reviews speak for themselves and I would avoid this place until they can drastically improve there customer service and dining experience. Solid 1 star place. If you’re reading this and still going to go here, then good luck, guess you ain’t as smart as you look.

Don’t go to this place if you want good food, although the server tried her best to make us feel better about the horrible food, I had to write this review because it seems like the new management that has taken over Pickle Barrel doesn’t care about their customers, food quality is not up to par anymore, food is warmed or microwaved instead of being cooked, the atmosphere is dead on a Friday night because of this trend, maybe it might be the promenade store only but maybe it might not be.... word to the management!!! Change your ways or loose your customers and staff, staff is fed up as well
