Fantastic little restaurant. Portions you can actually finish. Loved the soup and salmon. The vegetables were cooked as they should, still with crisp. Very friendly staff. Definitely coming back next time I am in town.

Brilliant place! It's the oldest restaurant in Toronto so has a lot of character to it. The food is wonderfully cooked, the staff is energetic and the coffee is fantastic.

Cozy diner with a lot of history behind it. Convenient location in the downtown core. I came here for brunch/lunch on a Saturday. Our server was very friendly. The food was good, not great but I'd say very average for the price you pay. There are plenty of other brunch places in the city that offer the same (or better) quality of food at a lower price point.

The food was ok given the price, nothing to write home about. Found the waffles a bit dry. My friends were happy with their pancakes but at $18 a plate maybe they could add some more fruit or potatoes on the side - it was a bit lacking. The restaurant itself has a 1940s diner vibe which is nice and the booths have a cool setup. The service is pretty good. That said, I won't go out of my way to come here again.

A cosy place we always visit when in Toronto. Excellent breakfast. Generous portions. Great hot chocolate.
