Service is beyond belief, when I say this I mean the service is horrible. Server’s have poor menu knowledge, poor customer service. This place is crowded and attracts customers who probably come in once and never return. Food quality is garbage. I love Denny’s and have eaten at other location but this place lacks passion. Servers are sloppy, Manager looks like he is falling a sleep. This store needs to show more love in what they do.

Longest wait I've ever experienced to be greeted. Should have left right then. Server managed to deliver half of the meals to the table, the other half gradually trickled in over the next 20 minutes (a table of 11 with 7 children this made for fun). Sides came wrong. Toast was stale and rock hard. Hash browns were burned beyond being edible. And although there were 5 servers on the floor, they were never present in the dining area. Says Danny's on the door but that is where it stops being a Danny's experience. Eat somewhere else.

Typical fast food place, a little run down. Servers are fast and friendly but one lady server had loud voice and keeps screaming orders when serving them to customers. Very annoying.

The service was the worst I have ever experienced! The server for our section walked by our table several times serving other tables without saying I'll be right with you, can I get you some water, nothing. He collected payment from either side of us and said nothing. He could have taken payment and asked us what our order was, taken that to the kitchen and come back to collect the other tables bill. But no, and again no greeting even though he had to walk past us to see the other two tables. Was it busy you ask, out of the five or six tables in his section, there were three tables used when we were seated. One had food and the the two beside us were leaving. I would say as far as the rest of the place there are lots of empty tables. When the server finally did come up and ask if we were ready to order, I asked him how long it would take to get the food has said it depends on how busy the kitchen is! I thought to myself if this place is at about 25% capacity and that's the answer I get, we need to leave. It was so the right decision. On our way out the door a good portion of the staff were in front joking loudly witch is perfectly fine. A fun happy work environment is great. But when I heard the "f" bomb dropped that was it. I knew I made the right choice. We left hungry and very disappointed. I love their skillets but not enough to stay in that kind of environment Sorry Denny's not going to happen.

Wonderful location, staff are nice. Clean washrooms, tables, etc. Food came at a good time, didn't wait too much, but also didn't come quick enough where i had to question if my food was cooked. the food in every location i've been to so far has been amazing. nothing bad here!!
