I have been coming here since it first opened back in 2006. In the beginning the food was ok, I wouldn't say perfect but sometimes it tasted pretty good. They used to get my order right all the time but lately they have been sloppy and could care less what I wanted in my order. The last 4 times I have ordered from them they have messed up my order and when I mention it to them they tell me don't worry the cooks don't forget anything because it's written in the order. The first time they messed up my order I let it go, the second time I called in and the male restaurant owner (husband/wife owners) basically said oh sorry, next time we will add the green pepper. I go in and after 12 years now they tell me they don't add Green peppers to the vegetable shanghai noodles. I mean it's vegetable shanghai noodles for 11 years you had no problems adding the green peppers and now you're telling me that they don't add green peppers? Then when I order it on other days they add it when I request it makes no sense! I have ordered the same 4 dishes with the same items all this time and now I feel very stressed out ordering from them! Because every time I order something and it's either the green peppers they forget or the celery they will forget if they add the green peppers they purposely deliberately do not add the celery and if there is the celery they leave the green peppers out and I'm tired of these games the cooks are playing. These cooks that work there at Maple Dragon they don't even speak English so it doesn't help. When I try to tell the restaurant owner to fix the problem and to make sure my order is correct he argues back instead of having the motto the "customer is always right" and you can see it listed on the bill and it's missing from my food he argues and tells me they're doing me a favour by adding a certain vegetables in the vegetable Shanghai. He then told me (owner) next time if I ever come back and order from them that I will have to have the standard version of their Shanghai with bean sprouts (I can't eat bean sprouts) and no longer will they cater to me is what I was told by the restaurant owner. I thought it was very rude after being a loyal customer for almost 12 years it was a slap in my face. I came back to the store tell them the items are missing and you need to remake it not recook my noodles as it will be over cooked and he yells at me so I yelled back telling him it's a simple order vegetable Shanghai with broccoli, onions green, onions, carrots, celery and green pepper what do you not understand about that? It's all listed on the receipt! How can you tell me that I can't have certain vegetables in the vegetable dish it's a vegetable dish for god sake's ! I've ordered the same thing since day one! Hire new cooks! If they can't follow directions fire them! Save your money and don't go to this place! I suggest everyone to go elsewhere there's another Chinese food place called Maple Garden it's another Chinese food in Maple. They make very delicious dishes and will not forget what toppings you ordered stress-free ordering is what I'm looking for! It's also cheaper than maple dragon. Many other Chinese food places in Maple, ON! I will not be back and will take myself and my money elsewhere!

I called this place just now to order cantonese chow mein for pick-up. When I order from other places I always get sauce on the side because, being take out, it's going to get soggy. Regardless, I wanted sauce on the side. They told me it would be an extra dollar for sauce on the side... even though I am not getting anything extra... They told me they charge for the container, but the container is teeny tiny and is not worth a dollar. I told them this, and they were like "it's more work. Everyone get's sauce on top you want it on the side." You have to be joking me. Needless to say, I cancelled my order and will never be coming by here again.

Amazing food and very low prices. You must visit the maple dragon. Be sure to try the fired chicken wings, they are better than most wings in area.

Great food and service. Singapore noodles are amazing.

Sesame chicken is good. Only thing I've had there. A little pricey.
