By far the best seafood restaurant in the KW area. The theme of the restaurant is unique, which makes it a fun experience. Their lunch combo is definitely worth it, $12 for your choice of fish or chicken with rice and an assortment of seafood. I recommend getting the captains boil sauce with fire if you love spicy food. Great atmosphere, and the servers are always so friendly.

Great place to get sea food with friends or family. The clam, mussels and shrimp were very well cooked and fresh. However, the crayfish and the oisters had a little bit of a fishy taste to them. That being said, I was not sick the following day. Fun place to try out.

We made a reservation here for Valentine’s Day. We were sat 15 minutes after our reservation time. After an additional 25 minutes, we still had not been visited by a server and neither had the two other tables that were sat at the same time as us, yet several tables that came after us had their orders taken and even drinks brought out. I had to flag someone down to take our order. The oysters and wings we ordered as our sides came out first. The wings were the highlight of our night. The oysters didn’t have a single taste of salt which would be expected of a salt water mollusk. Makes you wonder how they were shucked or prepared before serving. It was then nearly a half an hour before we received the rest of our meal. These were supposed to be sides. That means they should be served with the meal. If you’re going to serve them a half hour before the meal, at least call them appetizers. Glad we weren’t the table next to us where they each got a measly half cob of corn then had to wait half an hour as well. We both ordered the lobster, mine with the captains sauce and hers the garlic butter. Hers tasted nothing like butter, instead very much like margarine. The lobster meat was cooked fully and piping hot which was nice. Flavours were bland and again, not salty at all for a salt water crustacean. Never did we have a server stop by throughout our meal to check that things were alright. I had to flag one down for more water and when we were done, after 20 minutes of sitting there twiddling our thumbs watching servers walk all around us, flag one down to get our bill. The atmosphere was alright aside from the table beside us that sat piled in garbage for 40 minutes after the customers left. Servers piled more garbage on it as they were passing by. It cost us a lot of money for food served in bags. We had high hopes for this place but left disappointed and will never return.

Great place to look at and the food was good. However, service was terrible. And Service can ruin a good meal. Was at the Restaurant for almost 2 hours because the servers would not visit the table. I ended up having to get up out of my table to hunt down our waiter so my friends and I could pay and leave. They did not visit the table to give us more water so we did not eat all of our food because it was too spicy not to have water. To put it in perspective we could have left the restaurant without paying and no one would know. That's how neglected we were. My experience was not an enjoyable one and I will not being going back to that location as I felt neglected.

Good food, the spicy is ACTUALLY spicy! Major complaint was the washrooms at the time were a mess, we told the waitress and someone immediately went down to clean them. Sizzle platter is the best deal, but need to go in before 4pm .
