This place is nasty. A few things wrong here. 1. Slow and always screw your order.2. They need to hire different ethnicities of people. Doesn’t look too balanced. ( not racist, just like diversity). 3.they should have lines where to line up to order, and where to pick up. It’s chaos with everyone and they’re brother standing everywhere.4. Roaches!!! I knew someone that worked their and they quit because of that. I saw one myself and ended up leaving and called fine safe Toronto. Avoid.

Service is slow in the evenings and orders are not always correct with evening staff. During the weekday is the best time to go. Faster and better service.

100% the worst McDonald’s in Toronto ordered at 11:09 pm today and it was 12:00pm and no one had even made our order everyone else had been served and yet our order got lost in translation. When the manager finally decided to speak with us after her own crew members were telling us we should ask for a refund she refused to be at all acomodating and basically just told us we could wait for her to finish cooking the bacon (nothing that I ordered was supposed to have bacon on it) before I could even reply she walked away ignoring me as if I was not even there. When I asked for a general manager she showed me off telling me the owners name was Paul and walked away ignoring me once again. There’s no reason for me to wait 40 minutes at a McDonald’s and when I bring it to someone’s attention wait another 20 with nothing being done and then end up with a manager basically blaming me for being upset that my food was not even on their screen. Hands down the worse experience ever!!! Do not go to this McDonald’s

It states clearly on Google and at the location that it’s open 24 hours. However, after a long red-eye flight home, I went this morning/late night, and there was staff present. I was expecting to satisfy my Big Mac craving but when I tried to order at the drive-thru, the person said that they were not serving food, and they had changed their hours. No where does it say this. I’m not surprised because of the location but it was really disappointing to get turned down.

Don't expect to get what you pay for if you use the drive thru. I mean this literally. I've been there multiple times and I've almost always got something wrong with my order. I don't ask for much with my burgers (no pickles), but when I get a totally different burger with pickles it irks me. Or when I order a chipotle wrap grilled and get a breaded mayo splattered wrap... Totally killed the meal. And the wait times... I waited nearly 25 minutes to get my order with TWO cars in front of me.... Like honestly I don't know why they have a drive thru to begin with, I might as well park, go in, eat and leave all in that same time.
