I used to order from here all the time. Very average Swiss Chalet location. I stopped going because the people that clean this location at night time like to go shirtless and maybe even pant-less. I wish I was joking. I've seen a shirtless man cleaning the store after-hours more than once. If they are going shirtless just while cleaning, it makes you wonder what other stuff is going on here.

Worst place to eat. Not higenie. Worst service. Very arrogant staff. Food is not stored properly before cooking. Very dry meat. Rotten veggies served. Place smells very bad. Just like a garbage. Will never come back.

This is a Swiss Chalet Express. You order at the cashier's, then get your order or they bring it to your table of it isn't too busy. Food is as always good but everything else is rather simple.

Pretty standard Swiss Chalet. The service used to be really good here but lately it seems to have suffered. Anyway the food is fresh and it's a clean location.

Food was good. No issue there. Customer service for Pick-up orders was frustrating! My order sat on the counter for nearly 15 minutes. I had already paid for it online, but I was told I had to wait in the line-up until they could run the order through the cash register. They only have one cash register! So I stood there for nearly 15 minutes, my food taunting me, waiting while four customers ahead of me struggled to decide upon a simple fast food order. My advice: get a second cash register! That way you can easily process multiple orders, and satisfy the in-and-out needs of your pick-up customers.
