Have been going to the Pasta Bar more years than I can remember... I’m not their best customer but I’m consistent..I love the food.. excellent service and just being there...no complaints.. However last night I was presented with their new menu..very nice... but why on earth are you charging $ 3.00 for the bread and spread? It’s not about the $ 3.00.... if you’re going there in the first place.. you can handle it.. I felt like I was getting “ripped off” Even though the money is tied into a charity! I’m sorry to say it changed the evening for me. I hope you will reconsider this!!!

A Toronto institution, probably the highest class dinning from a formal perspective but no snobbery at all, I've always felt welcome. Menu changes seasonally but there's always more seafood dishes I find (which is fine by me!). The scallops in anyway done are always superior. I'm under 40 and the restaurant certainly caters to the older crowd, you could wear a t shirt but you'll stand out like a shore thumb, collar shirt and slacks at a minimum. In all honest if you haven't been yet you should go before it closes forever!

Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, amazing service. Our server was very knowledgeable and well articulated with the food and drinks. The view of the night skyline was also so beautiful, really a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy delicious food. My favourite was the dessert, Milk & Honey, because I was really impressed with the caramelized milk! I also had the duck and I loved the french lentils so much! I'll definitely have to come back here again.

Drop everything and make reservations immediately. Every detail was well thought out. From valet service to coat check with the hostess, down to the white table service and amazing city views. Staff was attentive, wine list was exhaustive but the sommelier knew exactly what they were doing. Seats were very comfy although acoustics in the restaurant was loud. Food was phenomenal as expected. The entire experience was a throwback to fine dining in the 90s with elevated cuisines.

Scaramouche has long been celebrated by customers and critics for its unwavering commitment to making each dining experience a memorable one. Chef/owner Keith Froggett’s sophisticated cuisine is presented simply with care and attention to detail. The service underscores that philosophy: unobtrusive and respectful. These are the components that make Scaramouche the singular destination it is and the reason that the restaurant has consistently ranked as one of the city’s best for over thirty five years.
