A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! If I could give more than 5/5 I would. This meal was one of the best I’ve ever had in Canada and I eat out a lot. The flavours are just incredible, you must do the tasting menu, it’s actually very affordable (65$/pp) and you’ll get to taste almost the entire menu. There were so many plates we loved that it would be hard to select just a few. We will definitely go back, this is to us the best restaurant in Toronto in terms of food experience.

Wonderful experience - amazing food and great service. I definitely recommend the tasting menu, which allows you to try many different items and get the most out of their wonderful chef's skills. The wine list is pretty extensive, but it's not easy to find something great for less than 90$.

Absolutely spectacular food. Extremely unique combinations of flavours that will impress your tastebuds. The chef really took the food to what could be described as an art form. The service was also great, with Darryl giving thought to what we were ordering. Atmosphere is great too! We particularly loved the Peking duck, the truffle fried rice, and the pumpkin dumplings.

One of the best dining experiences I have had in this city. We tried the Chef's Selection (where they took our dietary restriction into account) and every dish had us salivating for more. The Pumpkin Dumplings had me uttering expletives under my breath at just how darn great it was. While lamb neck made you stop in your place and just sit there for a minute and think about how blessed you are to experience food in this manner. The overall decor was well thought out, the lighting fixtures had a particular turn-of-the-century charm to them and our waitress was as pleasant as we all hope we are on our best days.

Dailo is an elegant restaurant with a French trained chef owner, incredible ambiance, superior staff and a perfectly curated wine and cocktail list. The food is Asian inspired but with little surprises around every corner. I have to admit that I do have a love for their snack gods and cool bar upstairs as well. Just go, eat and be wowed.
