Best meal we have had in a long time! We tried a variety of dishes and everything was perfectly prepared and seasoned, and DELICIOUS and LOCAL. Can't wait to go back! Beautiful setting as well!

The restaurant changed ownership 2 y ago. The food quality remains high. The eclectic artworks of the original owner are gone but still the dining room is comfortable and well appointed, not very different from before. As with most PEI restaurants that strive to be above the mean, they are highly dependant on keeping a quality chef. For now, they are succeeding. I had the cucumber gazpacho with pistachio, fried capers, mint and garlic oil... Excellent. Also, halibut with lobster sauce and crab rosti. Also quite good but the rosti was overdone and the crab difficult to taste/appreciate. I certainly hope they can continue to maintain the quality next season!

The Pearl Eatery is a fabulous place to have dinner. Every dish was beautifully shown and had some sort of edible flower as a part of the presentation. The whole fish was amongst the best fish we have ever had. The lavender lemon cake was a fantastic finish to our meal.

Amazing experience! One of a kind dining

Probably a 3.5 rating. We ate here tonight and overall it was not up to par. We have dined here the last 3 years. We both had the seafood special. The appetizer was interesting but a little cumbersome. The flavor was good. The main had good flavor but we both agree the halibut was a very small portion and was overcooked. It was not very moist. Both desserts were very good. We really missed the biscuits..😔.that was one of the main reasons why we went. We think they should bring them back. Service was excellent as usual.
