Location and ambience are great but the food is really mundane. Don't know how they gain the flagship Quebec icon. Both the chicken and the fries are tasteless; not even comparable to food in Costco. I would be ashamed to introduce their dish to anyone unfamiliar with Quebec as the food is really below Montreal average.

Legendary Montréal BBQ/rotisserie. Good menu, good food but pricey. Good service.

Food and ambience are great. Lots of parking. A tad pricey.

We we're 5 and they have limited places to sit more than 4 in the dinning room, so we got a whole room to ourself that was freezing cold. Food was okay but dry. Not sure why I would go to a chicken place and get dry chicken.

Everytime I think of ordering food, the first thing that came to mind was st-hubert. However, my last experience really forced to never order from there again. I ordered my meal on the 7th of January at 5:00pm and was told it could take up to an hour. My meal arrived over two hours later. I opened the door and told the driver "Pierre" that I ordered the food two hours ago. He immediately places the food back in the bag and says okay I'm not going to deal with you. I was very confused and almost lost my temper. I wanted to ask if the meals were still warm but his actions really forced me to not accept the meal. Later I was contacted by the manager who just simply said sorry. Due to this unfortunate event, I am no longer willing to do business with St-Hubert. Some of the worst customer service honestly..
