Slowest McDonald's in Montreal. They only care about the drive thru. Went there about a month ago and waited 20 minutes for my order. Made the mistake of going back again and waited 15 minutes for a simple order of pancakes and one hash brown. I could see my pancakes sitting there for 10 minutes. I complained to the manager and she sarcastically told me to come around and get it myself. Totally unprofessional. I will never go back.

Nice food, and friendly service. It is a bright place with some windows going all the way to the ceiling. It also has a drive-thru and a few tables on its outdoor terrace. UPDATE: Constantly failing to fix or replenish the receip/order printer on its self-service kiosk machines! I AGAIN did not get my order printed! This is negligence! Also the last visit for breakfast involved a 25-minute wait. My number, along with a whole bunch of client numbers, disappeared from the service queue on the screen without being served! I had to ask for my food again to receive it. The upstairs is always closed for breakfast, even when the downstairs is 75% full and there are many more seats upstairs than downstairs. Just a badly managed place!

Fast food done right here. Good food for a good price. Restaurant offers seating on multiple levels and outside. Friendly staff. Great for a quick bite anytime of the day.

By far the worse McDonald's I've ever been at. They need to be trained properly immediately. Always making mistakes on orders, taking 10 min for a coffee. I was there recently and waited 20 min for a $10 gift card that I purchased only to be told after 20 min that they don't have. No sorry, no compensation, nothing...Horrible, Horrible...
