This restaurant is inside the Holiday Inn hotel. Excellent ambience and very nicely kept. The food was good and so was the service. It is a good choice for the people staying at the hotel and visiting the place for meetings or conferences held there

The food is bad and very pricy. :/ I had to eat twice there because there's nothing else around and it was raining. Such sad meals. The staff is ok.

A nice looking place. Convienant to eat at when staying in the hotel for sure as there is zero eating anywhere nearby or for walking distance. I really, really want to rave about places, I really do! But more and more it seems I am disappointed and my high expectations wilt away like warm lettuce. I am beginning to feel like Monsieur Anton Ego. So this is where it starts. I sit down for the Monday buffet night - I read the only review here on yelp and thought maybe it was going to be nice. After looking at what they have to offer, I decided against it. Nothing looked interesting at all and definately not worth it for 17.50 plus tip! Please don't missunderstand me, It may be really what knocks your socks off, but I have just been spoiled by way better buffets with fresh roast beef and a chef to cut it for you with far more interesting items than this for that much money in Vancouver. I luck out with a good and very friendly and attentive waiter. I have a conversation about the wine and decide not to bother, I get turned off by hotel restaurant prices of liqueur that are majorly inflated. That's just me. Here's my thinking; In Vancouver a "decent" House Red in a half ass restaurant will set you back about 7.00 - 9.00 The same bottle of wine in a government liqueur store in Vancouver is about 14.00 - 19.00. The wine here is about 9.00 a glass and the bottle in the liqueur store is less than 10.00 Does that make sense to you??? So I order the steak sirloin sandwich with a cesar salad and it comes right away. First off, it comes not as you would expect a steak sandwhich, at least not how I am used to it everywhere else I've been in Canada. First of all it comes with fried onions but the menu doesn't mention that. So I scraped them off, the waiter kindly offered to take it back and fix it, but I have a thing about kindly declining and just fixing it myself. The sandwich is a real sandwich, it comes also with mushrooms and a top and bottom bun. In my world it comes on a garlic bun but only the bottom. The meat was cooked excellent and overall tasted very nice. The cesar salad was a bit lite on parmessan and seemed a bit wilty it was unremarkable but acceptable. Might have been a bit better with some fresh ground pepper, but that never happened. I am staying here for the next 12 days so I assume I will likely come back again. Based on the food and pricing I give it a 2-3 stars the waiter brought it up to a 3.

The food was very good and well presented. The staff were friendly. However the lunch menu has a minimal selection.
