This will be last time I will order at this restaurant. I gave them several chances but tonight was the last. My order was cold, and the service was horrible. It started fine, the cashier was great, but then it went straight to the dump. When it was time to dress my burgers, I guess I order 1 to many burgers because the two girls at the end of the line lost their minds. The girl #1 with the glasses placed my burgers on the counter with one sheet of paper and did not dress them as I asked. There was more condiments on the counter and on the sheet than on the burgers. Then she told girl #2 an older lady to wrap them, who then proceeded to take my burger and throw them into the bags. Girl #1 thought it was a good idea to ram 3 paper bags filled with food into one little plastic bag, while Girl#2 started messing up the next order with ranch sauce. Please note all 12 burgers, fries and onion rings remained on the counter for 30 minutes. If the girls do not want to work, please tell them to stay home. There are plenty of people who are willing to work.

Good food, incredibly slow service. Waited 20 in line to order and get burger. Was delicious but not "fast" food.

Great food. I think they changed their fries--anyway, much better than I remembered. And I love their cardboard straws. Bonus!

Looks like uber orders are stressing the guys over there. I was there for 40 min, I had to wait before placing the order for a good 5-10 min. The girl was having problems figuring out the uber order. Then mid-lunch 3 guys rush in almost at the same time, they were the uber drivers coming to pick up the orders. Talk about a lazy society unable to move their butts to go eat instead of ordering via an app.

I complained about the cold food and employees who hate to serve customers 2 months ago and last week I passed to pick up something to eat and nothing has changed at all...even worst. And towards cleaniless the place and kitchen is filthy... There should be a huge change in this place for me to go back and as I can see many other people complaining about the same situation! Where is the manager? What is Harvey's head office doing?? Some employees there hate their freakin jobs...someone smoked and sleeping on buds
