Excellent "hidden" place of Quebec. It's an hotel restaurant but you don't have to get a room to experience the restaurant. Their staff is very polite and nice. We sealed with their service for our wedding and it was perfect! I recycling to everyone. Take the road and try them at least once it's worth it. Their menu is excellent. They offer micro brewery beers and a huge selection of wines.

Really delicious food on a small but refined menu. We ate here for two nights on a snowmobiling adventure, and the atmosphere manages to be both cozy and refined, with many guests staying at the attached hotel for snow sports during the day. It is a 3-course prix fixe menu. The "fondue" (which they tell you in advance are like fancy fried cheese) is the best appetizer, but the salad is nice as well. The risotto is very well-executed and is topped with tender slices of duck. The quail has the best flavor of any entree and is very savory, which pairs well with the cranberries. I also tried the salmon tartare, which is nice and has a beautiful presentation. The desserts are all forgettable, with the "bretzel" being the best, but with a totally unbalanced, one-note flavor (CHOCOLATE). Really nice experience for those on a winter adventure, but looking for good, unpretentious food.
