Was there for dinner on my own on a Saturday night. Every item on the menu was inspiring. I ordered spring rolls and Thai herbs beef with plain noodles. The taste was simply amazing and perfectly balanced. The tapioca pudding was out of this world. I would absolutely go back again.

Been here twice and had the curry both times. Service was great and they were willing to accommodate my request to have a veggie only curry without hesitation. This time I accidentally ordered another item on the menu instead of the curry, and when I got my meal and mentioned that I hadn't ordered what I received, they kindly noted that I had in fact ordered what I received but that they would return it for what I thought I had ordered. Definitely my mistake but excellent customer service deserved a good review. I'd go back any time.

This is my favourite Thai food restaurant for sure. Highly recommend any of their curries. And try the shrimp chips! Wonderful wait staff and a beautiful atmosphere. Perfect location for dinner after a day visiting the Museum of History or a day at Jacques Cartier Park. During Winterlude, this is the place to go!

Tried to order some delivery from the Hull location on Laurier street. First attempt was via the phone, where I was rudely told to make the order online. I followed Instruction and did so via my the website system. All was in line for a delivery an hour after the order was made. An hour and a half later we had to receive the food, I called back to ensure the order was at least on its way. i asked the server if our food was on it's way, she rudely responded that it was cancelled and I would have received an email. She claimed the third party delivery service did not want to deliver to my home, located an entire 8 km away. I had already paid via credit card, the original server could have easily asked me where I lived to not waste anyone's time, and I left a phone number when registering a profile. Still it was up to me to know an email would be sent to refuse my order... this is the first time I have ever seen this kind of customer relation. I was clearly disgruntled and the woman could have cared less, and responded " I don't make enough money to care about this and to take it up with management". They have much to learn on customer satisfaction and are clearly not equipped to offer a delivery service. Lesson here is do not order delivery unless you are walking distance from their location, and do not call in to make an order because they will just direct you to the website no questions asked.

Great food and I'd give five stars for that, but their service is hit or miss. If you arrive when it's at all busy, just leave. We go here a lot and 90% of the time it's great, but the one time it was a little more than half full, they clearly couldn't handle it. 5 minutes to be seated, 20 for drinks, still hadn't ordered after half an hour. That happens sometimes if someone calls in sick, but the worst part was that no one ever even acknowledges that you exist and have been waiting a while. They just walk by repeatedly and avoid eye contact. We ended up just leaving on that occasion.
