Very cozy unique setting in Hudson. Quaint family owned business with an Italian fusion & rustic influence to their menu. Oxtail and Wild Boar pasta as a starter won me over. One of the best Rib-Eye steaks I have ever had. Portions are on point and price is right with bring your own wine. Highly recommend and will return soon.

Had reservations a birthday party of 10. Table was ready when we got there. There was a lot on the menu that I wanted to try, but ended up with an entree of tagliatelle alla carbonara, which was great, and almost enough for a main course. For the main, I had the Spicy salmon tartar Poi Poi sauce, homemade guac with sweet potato fries. There was enough salmon on the plate for 3 people. Didn't find it especially spicy, but it was delicious, and the fries were great. Desert was lemon frosted frozen grapes. I count the days until I can go back for those grapes. Service was good, even on a busy night. Our server (can't remember his name) went above and beyond. We can't wait to go back.

We visited The Main Kitchen for the first time, it was a family get together and we were a group of 11. Love the atmosphere of this quaint little gem of an italien restaurant. We were there for lunch, ordered at the counter and the plates were prepared and brought to us pipping hot at the table in the dining room. The lasagna, salads, peppers stuffed with chili and pizza ... it was all totally amazing. I especially recommend the kale salad & lasagna. Everyone in our group was impressed with the food. Chairs were very comfy and being a Tuesday afternoon, it was quiet and we were not rushed. We stayed, enjoyed coffee and tea while we chatted away. I totally recommend.
