Service by waiter was good. Pizza is a little floppy. Wait was too long to be seated. They passed many people and we waited for 40 minutes. We were told it was gonna take 15 minutes.

The food is actually delicious here, fresh ingredients and nice presentations! However, I have to rate this a 3-star unfortunately due to the bad service. I called on a Saturday night to have a table ready in about 30-45 minutes, and they said yes, and that there would be no waiting. We got there in 45 minutes on time, and the guy said that I told him 9PM and not 8PM (which I clearly didn't), and then turned around and said he tried to call me back and left me a voicemail (but ya, I didn't receive any calls and had no voice messages)!!!!! Lying to customers is bad for business! I would've preferred that they tell me that they are totally booked, and not make us come there for nothing. He told us the waiting time was about 1h30. Obviously, we ended up leaving and went to Mozza in the Centropolis which was delicious and cheaper!

Ingredients are really fresh and you can taste it. I had the ravioli with rooster and truffle special and it was delicious. The gelato is also the best I have ever had. Service was excellent. Good for groups or dates. Will be going again!
