Went fo a date nigh. Food wasn't very good, little flavor. Restaurant was dead. Employees were chatting versus serving customers. Portions were smaller than average. The prices high. Food quality was unimpressive. The deal available for a full course meal was not worth it. The dessert was a joke. Smaller than my hand.

Went with a group of 4 with two infants. Location is pretty noisy we had a hard time talking to our group across the table so we sat closer to one another on the booth seats in a corner. Once our food was ordered we saw our waitress one other time and it was about 10 minutes before we left. Waitress really didn't do anything at all we did not tip. From the time our food was ordered to when we got it was about 40-50 minutes. We asked the staff if our food was coming as the kids were getting pretty upset and bored we were hoping to be done by that time. It was not that busy ; there were two large groups being hosted of about 18 each but the seating capacity in the floor was not even half full and it was Friday night. I ordered the calamari, my gf ordered a pizza/pasta combo. My calamari was cold-no warmth what so ever. Taking into consideration how long it took to get either the staff don't have a fire in them to provide good service or it was poorly cooked. Based on the presentation of the food I'm guessing it's the staff because it looked fabulous. My gf's pizza and pasta were mediocre ; the pasta sauce tastes like a sweet ragu with barely any meat to it. The pizza was same sauce and cheese. I was asked by the waitress 10 mins before leaving if everything was ok. I really didn't want to say anything at that time because I was afraid I'd have to wait another 30 mins for my food to be heated up in a microwave and, most of the calamari was eaten at that time :/ There's a metro entrance around the corner ; on the top level is metro pizza. Buy from there instead it's better and about 6 times cheaper. We think the staff knew we were "not going to be having fries" with our meal as we basically cleaned up our tables completely even before being asked if we wanted anything before our bills - after that point we were not spoken to at all by the waitress or cash rep as they took stuff away, took our payments or anything else. They didn't even wish us a good evening. Only as our group left as a whole out the entrance did another staff member near the door wish us a good night.

Great food, really nice staff. What blew my mind in this place was the toilet tho. Go down to the basement and you will be in this genderless chamber with a bunch of stalls. No doors separating this place from the stairs or anything. One sink for all, a big metallic bowl (a grown-up man could fit inside it) with a very labored water system. I spent few moments to figure out that you should step in a lever near the ground to make it work. The water comes out like a fan, covering 180°, so several genderless people can wash their hands simultaneously. 5 stars, definitely recommended.

Came with a group of friends.. surprisingly ethnic since it's filled with no POC. The food took quite awhile to come, there's a self serve unlimited bread toast in the back in a dingy and darker area than the front of the restaurant. The waiter was nice at points but lack the attention span to follow up with us unless otherwise specified. We spent 20 mins waiting on a bill and he was just bussing other tables. I don't even know if it was because it was a lack of staff or just pure incompetence. We were left with a bittersweet experience. Would not recommend. Lack of common courtesy.

Food was overpriced and bland. 11$ extra for a "table d'hote" with which we had the snails with garlic and cheese and the cheesecake for desert. Barely any cheese on the snails and the desert was pitiful, tiny and premade. See the picture. The best part was the garlic bread which we made ourselves. Even with no clients in the restaurant, it was very hard to get a hold of our waitress who was busy chatting at cash.
