Manager picked an argument with me when I was totally right (not just saying that). You know... When there are already 2 couples waiting and someone comes in and gets placed right away and you were just 30 seconds ago told to wait because there is no seat available and they did not have a reservation and you address the situation to the manager and he gets in your face because you're not happy someone passed in front of you and took the place you were supposed to get. Come on.

Really trendy spot in a historic building. I love the logo. Fun idea to use the local lake monster. The atmosphere was fun in this place. It seems to be a big spot for the locals. The beer is very good. They have a smallish menu. First line is in French for every item but listed in English underneath. A bit pricey but I am finding this as the norm in Canada.

Cozy restaurant with nice decoration. Tasty nachos, average soups and the burgers were below average so left almost in full on our dishes when we left. It seems there is a bad communication between kitchen and waitresses, at least in our case !

We ordered the angus steak and a burger. The angus steak was great. Very tasteful and greatly balanced with the salad and fries. The burger was a bit disappointing considering the par being set high with the steak. The burger lacked taste but it wasn’t bad. Great selection of drinks! Very pleasant service. Easy go-to for a date. Chill, good music, and dim lit.
