The service, food and ambience was perfect for a beautiful lunch. You will not leave this place hungry or feel like it was too much. I tried the 4 course lunch menu. Starts with a lobster cappuccino topped with a truffle foam that gets your palate ready for the journey you are about to go on. The soup is not pictured here, it was was well balanced and perfectly paired with a glass of local white wine. I do recommend doing the wine pairing and at $34 for 3 glasses, it's not bad at all. The main course is the seared scallops on top of a perfectly cooked asparagus and spinach risotto. Love! And finally the dessert was a perfect ending to a great meal. They even pack a doggy bag full of freshly baked mini madeleines. Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone that will ask me or read this review. Lunch is recommend if budget is a concern and at $45, you can't beat this.

went there with 15 others for a work dinner, we all greatly enjoyed it. the service was very fast and efficient, but allowed ample time between certain courses for us to digest. The delivery was also always on time, we all received our meals at the same time and it was never cold. A great experience that I highly recommend. Worth the price. Sasha the waiter paid great attention to all of our needs! He was great!

The service was definitely worth a star; I was amazed that the staff could serve this weirdly presented and really average tasting food without bursting out laughing or crying. Deep fried cheese sticks in a cigar box! Smoked salmon in a smokey book! Bread on par with Air Canada's offerings! Beef jerky on a clothesline! Cotton Candy hanging in a little metal tree! It was like a three ring circus of food, right down to the quality: on par with what you'd buy at an actual circus! Expect dinner for two with a couple glasses of wine to easily cost more than $300. Thats enough for a several days' great food in Montreal! Avoid this place unless you think average food presented in bizarre ways makes it "gourmet" and somehow worth spending hundreds of dollars on.

Judging from the many good reviews we thought we were in for a treat at Michelin star level. It turned out to be a very strange and expensive experience. The service was good, but the food was all about the gimmicks and not at all about quality. We felt like we were on a hidden camera show when the appetizers (deep fried cheese sticks!) were introduced in a cigar box, followed by beef jerky on a clothes line, etc. etc. The main course gimmick was a clay pot that we had to hammer out with a hammer (no the main course wasn't inside - the gimmick made no sense). The tasting menu culminated in a dessert "tree" filled with cotton candy, marshmallows etc. The evening didn't end with a team telling us that we were on hidden camera but with a 300 dollar bill for a very strange food experience for two and two glasses of wine.

One of my most memorable experiences. Possibly one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at, better than a lot of Michelin star restaurants. The service was beyond extraordinary. The taste of the food did not disappoint its unique presentation. The tasting menu is definitely worth a try.
