Standard Pub Grub. Everything here is fine, and okay, I really feel they missed the mark on the menu, I almost felt ripped off that they didn't have at least one cheesily theme named menu item, for example: 'the blues brothers burger and blue cheese'... or 'muddy waters chocolate cheese cake'... I mean how hard is that? All joking aside, if your looking for a place for a decent burger in a New Orleans brothel style restaurant(meant in the best possible way), this is a solid place to go. Service was good, food was not bad, standard pub fare, the only complaint I can claim is that it felt a little like the staff wanted to clear us out before the live music started, I think possibly we were not the 'proper clientele' for this jazzy joint. I would go again, but stay for the live music next time... must remember to bring a black fedora and wayfarers.

Service was absolutely horrible. You could tell that they give more attention to their older, higher paying customers. We were placed at the furthest table from the stage even though there were plenty of open tables closer to the front. We were only approached by a waitress an hour and a half after we were seated and she seemed to think we had already been served. Very unorganized and disrespectful service. The waitress never returned and we left without being served anything - even water. We will definitely NOT be returning to this establishment and will NOT be recommending it to others. It is a shame that students are treated with such little respect, especially when jazz needs our audience. On another note, the music was INCREDIBLE! and it was the only reason we stayed as long as we did.

I’ll start this review by saying the music is PHENOMENAL!!! Unfortunately the service is the worst that I have ever experience in my life. We arrived and sat ourselves down only to be rudely kicked out of our booth because it was “reserved” even though no one sat in it for the next hour and a half. After being sat down at another table we proceeded to be ignored for the next hour and a half; we didn’t even receive glasses of water. We then left, having not been noticed throughout our time at the restaurant. If I could give them 0 stars I would...

Good vibes, great staff, awesome music scene. I recommend stopping by. (tourist friendly!)

This place is a hell of a good time. Ambience is amazing, the resto has a ton of character. The music was awesome. Michelle Sweeney and Taurey Buttler were incredibly entertaining. Michelle is eclectic, hilarious and a great singer, and Tori is a master pianist. Cocktails are great, the food was decent (veggie lasagna was very good) but is on the pricier side of things, albeit worth it given the experience. Great place for a date!
