Food was excellent. You're also able to bring your own wine. I highly recommend filet mignon. It's easily the best filet mignon I've ever tasted. Restaurant makes you feel like you're in a 5 star Montreal restaurant.

The place I bring my friends when I want to go to a special place. The food is very very good, of superior quality, and the choice excellent. One of the best tables in the area I'd say. I love that there is one serving per table in the evening, so your can relax and talk, take your time, have an exquisite desert, coffee, talk, and are not rushed. But if you are on a rush, they will serve you rapidly. But I go there when I have lots of time to dine. The owners are very friendly and professional. Truly a wonderful little place where you feel you are special, well served, they make sure of it, always. #1 in my book!

We went to La Plume Blanche. I thought it was ok but my wife not so much. The brocoli soup was a bit grainy and tasted more like potato than brocoli. As for the meal, I had the honey glazed quail which i though was good. My wife had the flank steak and was disapointed. The brie sauce looked like a gray liquid and was rather bland. The veggies were cooked perfectly but the potato puree was very dry and bland but well presented. My wife felt like, and I quote, "having dinner in a nursing home". Finally, we both had the cheesecake for dessert. It was ok. Your typicall restaurant cheesecake on the sweet side. Not the best I had but not the worse either. Also, I want to add that the staff was nice and we were charmed with the warm ambiance. However, the food did not reflect that feel and while the portions were good sized, the taste was not on par with the price (more than 90$ with tip, no wine). As I said, I don't mind paying for good food, but I want my money's worth
