An experience, this is a place for a special occasion and to enjoy a really great meal. Go for the tasting menu with the wine pairing as they are excellent together. The service here is outstanding. The food was amazing and the wines went perfect with each course. An experience not to be missed.

Every thing about this place were amazing. It is a pricy place, but totally worth it. The food was great. Every bite was explosion of flavours. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend the place and will return.

Have been going to this restaurant since I was a child and without doubt it's the best restaurant I've been to in the northern hemisphere. The chef never ceases to amaze me how he can incorporate local produce and transform it into the best thing you have ever tasted while making it look like something out of a prestigious art gallery. The service is the exquisite. It had been a while since I had been there but one of the waiters recalled how I definitely didn't have any allergies but as policy he had to ask😂. A must visit for anyone in Quebec City who loves their food and appreciates amazing service. You'll thank me later.

Incredible experience! You only have the choice between 2 "entrées" and 2 main plates but it won't bother you since the food is so good. With the service you will feel as kings and queens. Almost 8 persons constantly checking for your needs and explains you everything you eat. Expect 100$+ per person. This is a very high end restaurant.
