A quaint crepe shop. We stopped by for breakfast. We had an egg, bacon, cheese crepe and a egg, ham, tomato crepe with 2 cups of coffee. The crepes were delicious. It was a very thin crepe. And the topping were well distributed. Due to the thinness it was crispy on the corners. The prices were fair for the area. The location was easy to get to and pretty central to downtown. Interior was well decorated and table spacing was good.

Came here on vacation last summer and the food is great. We went to all the crepe restaurants in the area and this by far was the most authentic and the best. The service was good and the place isn’t busy as it is out of the Old Quebec walls. There’s a cool atmosphere too. Overall best place to get authentic Québécois crepes.

It was my second time at the Billig and I’m still as happy with it as the first time. This time I opted for a savoury crepe (scallops) and it was delicious. A bit expensive since it’s still a crepe, but the scallops being huge definitely made up for the high price. I was in a hurry so I didn’t have time for a dessert crepe. Next time! Great staff, decor, food, and atmosphere. The perfect Quebec restaurant.

Love the buckwheat flour batter. They have a nice selection of crepe. Tasty and very good service. Highly recommend.

My wife and I went here last year and we bring this place up to this day (hence the review). The crepes are phenomenal, especially a warm apple cider with a few dabs of soft vanilla ice cream on a cold winter's day. Paired with a quaint and warm little cafe-style restaurant and you're good to go. There are plenty of other great places to eat around here, but my wife and I went back 3 times in 4 days because we couldn't get enough of it. Highly recommend whether you've tried crepes or not.
