Good service, a bit dark for my liking in terms of general ambience. Average food, poor crab cakes (taste like they used canned “crab meat”, so definitely not worth the money. May be a nice place for the ... more matured crowd.

Absolutely horrible service. I love the Keg. We even went to the Keg in Toronto when we got engaged. This location has absolutely horrible service the food was messed up. Overall it makes the brand look bad. We went there because we thought we knew what we could expect. Pass up for one of the many other restaurants in the neighborhood.

Always predictably good steaks and prime rib. The service was very good and hostesses were most gracious when we showed up 24 hours too early! Atmosphere was relatively quiet with subdued lighting. Overall a very good dinig experience.

The service is very on point. Very friendly receptionist and waitress. The prime rib we ordered was a bit under cooked. We asked for medium rare but it was more on the rear side. Half the steak was pretty blue.

Good service. Laurence was an excellent waitress but consierge as well as she recommended us something about whatever topic we asked her for. We will be returning customers because the food was 9/10 and service 10/10 as well as location 10/10. Update: We went for a second time and it was even better than the 1st time. 100% satisfaction from our side and the price you pay it worths.
