Amazing. That's how I would describe this place. The quality and time that goes into each dish to make them as unique as I've seen is wonderful. The ambiance inside is enough to make an evening great but then you as the awesome and very professional wait staff, the well calculated menu, and the great drink selection and what you end up with is a very memorable night. I had the deer tartare to start with followed by the horse cheek shepherd's pie, both of which were outstanding. I would recommend to anyone to visit this place at least once if not multiple times. Oh, and bring your French if you have any. I did not and they still took care of me with what may have been the only English menu in the place! :)

Very creative and interesting menu but don't go there if you're on a budget..its pricey but worth the experience if you can afford it. Great for work dinners when the company is paying ;)

From beginning to end this meal was a great experience. I had been working in Northern New Hampshire and had grown tired of the few bars I had to choose from and decided to head north to check out Antidote Foodlab. I started with the deer tartar. It was very different from any tartar I've had in the past. For the most part any, tartar I'd had before was very simply prepared. This time it had many different elements that came together to form a great dish. The main course I choose was the Nagano pork. Again, the chef had outdone himself on this dish. I finished with the carrot cake and was also sent a surprise dessert of the cracker jack and a dessert wine for travelling so far to eat dinner. On the dessert they also filled a cup with liquid nitrogen in lieu of candles for the celebration. After finishing dessert the chef came out and we spoke for a couple minutes and shared a shot of amaro. If I ever find myself back I Sherbrooke I plan on returning and enjoying a meal here again!

My boyfriend and I made a reservation the same day. It took us a few minutes to figure out that the place is in the basement of the building. As soon as we got inside our waiter brought us to our table and took good care of us. We enjoyed eveything. The wine, appetizers, meal, dessert and the ambience. The price is great for what you get !

Delicious dinner, exceptional service reasonably priced and high quality. Some staff are bilingual and they do offer an English menu of you are not from Quebec or speak French.
