So so so disappointed! Just as much as I liked this place, total ðŸ˜ tonight. The rice I ate, half of it was old and hard mixed up together. Then the veggie wrap was not tasty at all, kinda dry as well. After eating, I went to the cashier, suggesting that they have a recycling bin for the empty soft drink cans (as I saw plenty in the trash can!). To top it off, she looked at me as if I came from another planet, dismissing my comment! Hey, thus is 2018! On what planet are you living!? We as a community need to recycle! How irresponsible is that! Very disappointed! I know other Amir restaurants which do have recycling bins! Will not be going back to that franchise.

Worst experience ever ! even though i order on a regular basis ! It took an hour and half for the food to arrive , although my workplace is very near from the restaurant. The delivery guy came and wanted me to pay the bill , i said no! i called the owner. He said keep the plate and i will send you another one. The delivery guy took my plate and came back 30min later and HE WANTED ME TO GIVE HIM TIPS ! REALLY !? What bothered me is that he asked for it ...WHERE IS MY TIP ! The service needs to be improved !

Worst amirs ever. Ppl on the phone all the time and all seem to be under the weather especially the woman at the cash. The 3 times i been there they look unhappy to see a customer. Or. Its like you bothering them . The place is clean. But heavy smell of. Mr clean so if u eat there the food. Is not the best like other amirs. And low taste. And cuse of the clening products it feels like you eating mr clean . Also. The $1 extra chicken. Is more like $.50 . They. Real stupid they think we dont know amirs type of food and service .something not right at this place and the food and ppl who work there sketchy Avoid this place. Last thing when i ate there last friday. I got sick bathroom for 2 days
