The first time I went the place was really nice! The food was good and the waitress gave us really good service, was considerate and polite. Then the last time I went the waitress was kind of rude and she refused to speak in English (Which is normally not a problem for me but my boyfriend is American and could not understand). She then proceeded to bring us the wrong dish and blamed it on us(I'm a vegetarian and almost ended up eating a dish with bacon in it). She told us that it was our fault because we ordered the Jardiniere poutine and brought the menu over to tell us it definitely had bacon in. Luckily one of the people I went with got a vegetarian dish as well and was able to trade with me but that's not where the story ends. When I went up to pay something didn't feel right to me so I checked the menu. Even having ordered the Jardiniere there isn't supposed to be bacon in it and having checked the menu in front of us she knew that she had brought us the wrong dish. Lets just say the frustration makes it not worth returning.

Amazing food. Incredible menu with great selection. Service is admirable, if sometimes a little lacking. Over all a great place to eat and worth the food, everytime.

Rude owner. Would not let our group sit together even though there was plenty of space.

You do not go to the snack for ambience or atmosphere. You go for food when you're craving a nice poutine. The clientele is either drunk or loud and the decor is tacky but the food is delicious. Great place to grab a snack and a beer before a night on the town.
