A friend of mine won a Chef's Table Experience from this Earl's location so we made a reservation to use it this past Thursday night and the experience was nothing short of AMAZING! We were served by the General Manager Kevin, who was super friendly and courteous and took the time to check on us every chance he had. The Head Chef Kyle brought out our meals and was also very friendly and took the time to explain every dish to us thoroughly. We felt so comfortable and well taken care of by both of the two gentleman! The Chef's Table was such an incredible experience and we all agreed we hope to win this experience again from another fundraiser. It was a great chance to try menu items we have never tried before and I now have many new favorites on the menu. I have never had a bad experience at this location and will continue to attend this establishment frequently. Their menu offers something for everyone which I love and the service is always awesome. Thanks Earl's South and thank you Kevin and Kyle for the fantastic service!

Had a birthday celebration, there were 12 of us, and they only gave us one server. One server, should if you can handle the entire table order without delay, that’s no problem. But we had to wait more than an hour to get our food on our table, and the retrueant will forcefully charge you 18% Tips because is more than 10 people service. Because they know they will get automocally 18%, the entire restaurant did a terrible job to provide their “basic” service. Food taste bad, considering “high end”. Server has high entitlement. You think a short skirt can win all customers? I don’t think so. My two buddies asked for olive oil for their bread “3 times”, until one of them gave up and just eating the bread itself without it. I simply say NO to this restaurant from now on whenever my friends suggest to go. And these are the reasons I told them to avoid this restaurant.

Went to Earls on Wednesday night and Sarah served us. She gave us some free samples of wine, beer, signature cocktails and less ordered happy hour food to get our oppinions. It was all delicious, and it was a really awesome experience. Because of this evening, I now have a new favourite dish that I probably wouldn’t have tried otherwise. Thanks Sarah!

Decent restaurant to eat at. Their dynamite sushi rolls aren't bad considering it's at a normal american franchise. Service has always been good when I'm there. When it's busy in the evenings, it can get really loud from everyone talking, so if you want to avoid this come in the early/late afternoon before the dinner rush and avoid weekend evenings. Some of their food is over priced, but their pastas are pretty good.

Good atmosphere and a very nice place to have a drink. Lots of tv's in the bar area so if you're a sports fan its very nice to watch a game.
