the hottest place to chill in the fort

Apparently I offended one of the staff members from speaking to softly and not fast enough. She did not acknowledge me for the 10 minutes she was preparing someone else's order, no problem but could say 'I'll be with you in a minutes' and then not proceed to asked if something was wrong when I wasn't finished my order after the first item.
