I had dinner here on my first night in Yukon. I decided to go there slightly earlier before dinner time (~5.30pm) as I didn’t have a booking. I was glad I did because the place was packed soon after. I had the “Crispy Guacamole Salmon on roasted sweet potato topped with corn salsa”. I loved this dish – the flavour combination was great! Salmon was nicely cooked and the whole combination was delicious. I came back for a take-out on my last night since the foods are amazing. I had the "Halibut TnT in light coconut-tomato curry on coo coo with fresh spinach and float” and “Chocolate Rum Truffle Cake” for dessert. Again, another amazing dish. I really love the curry and the fish was cooked nicely. As for the dessert, definitely could taste the rum there! It was a bit heavy for me though.

We enjoyed every single dish we ordered. The salmon was the best salmon dish I have every had. Staff was friendly. My vegan friend also enjoyed his vegan option.

Carribean influenced food in Whitehorse? Yep, and it's very good. Make reservations or go early, gets crowded quickly.

Amazing food! My girlfriend had the chicken curry stew which we shared because it was just that good, like I wish I could eat this every night. I ordered the bison burger with cranberry and caramelized onions, and a side of frites (fries), the fries were insanely good and perfectly cooked, but I was so underwhelmed with the burger and "coleslaw" when you think of coleslaw you don't think shredded carrots and a fancy piece of spring onion, with no dressing or season.. and the burger was just bland with no taste of cranberry or the sweetness of the onions. What looked like a homemade bun was also sadly bland. On a lighter note the service was incredible and the ambience just the same, we had the coconut créme brulee for desert which sadly was pre made but still very delicious, although the caramelized sugar on top was far to hard from being in the fridge.

In Whitehorse for one night only and Antoinette's was close, excellent given the temperatures. I had a carribean beef stew which made my tastebuds sing. And who would have thought, up here in Whitehorse. Lots of other non-carribean menu items as well that made for difficult decision making. I highly recommend you visit Antoinette's while in Whitehorse
