I felt silly going there just for dessert, but I heard that one of the "must tries" when it came to local treats was this popular seasonal restaurant's "famous" Sourdough Bread Pudding ($9.95). I didn't need for them to tell me it's a "must-have exquisite delight" (quoted from the menu); all I had to do was read that it was a bread pudding with vanilla ice cream and Yukon Jack caramel sauce. Oh yeah, I was so ready for it! -- "Mimi's Cake Tour"

Great fun place in the summer only. Food was amazing, fresh, local. Service was good. Prices a bit high

This place feels so authentic. They offer home-cooking style rib and fish dishes that are done with predominately local ingredients true to the Klondike heritage. The building is basically a tent decorated with interesting artifacts in the Klondike flavour. The building is small and cozy, but comfortable none-the-less. They had lots of staff attending to the tables when we were there so service was attentive and timely. I could tell it was a great place based on the mix of locals and tourists alike. I'd definitely go back.

Good food but long wait. 40 plus minutes. Had a kids menu. Was a bit expensive for kids at i think $16 but they had a red sauce pasta kids meal for $8. We just got an adult fish and chips for the kids to share which was the same price as the kids meal but didn't come with dessert as the kids one did. Our kids shared it well. Portions were good. Our meal tasted very good. Staff was nice. Would go back and would recommend. Apparently it's only open in summer. Not sure about that fully.

Great place. The atmosphere, the fish & chips, and the service were all excellent.
